I came from a small family and live in HDB flat. I was previously working as a bank teller and one day I was approached by an insurance agent at a roadshow. I bought a basic plan from him and slowly he introduced me to my direct manager. And that is how I know my boss, Darren. He shared with me his experience in this career and encouraged me to join base camp.
I am still feeling scared initially when I joined Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), worrying this and that. But fortunately, boss is always there to give us coaching and sharing. Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) has a system for us to follow in our career as well as our personal well-being. I have a bunch of close colleagues who are always there to be ready to share their sales techniques with us.
